  • Correspondence and agreement with C.H Glover & Co regarding hiring out Borough Road Building for King George V's Coronation Procession through London, 1911-1912.

  • Correspondence and agreement to loan the Reihle Testing Machine to G.D Peters & Co. for the remaining duration of the First World War, 1917-1919.

  • Photocopies of leases, licences and the deed of surrender for Ethlem House, 1963-1999.

  • Land certificate relating to the transfer of land at 21-32 Kell Street. 1 July 1901.
