South and West NHS Executive commissioned an evaluation of the health promotion component of clinical placements for students of nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, occupation therapy in acute, primary care and community settings. This resulted in a pilot audit tool framework.

Transcripts for focus groups of students and staff in Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Bristol and Southampton. Questions on the value of health promotion, what student nurses should be doing on placements, how it should be assessed.
