Declaration of Trust

Declaration of Trust for the establishment of the National College made by Hubert A. Secretan, O.B.E., M.A., chairman of the Board of Governors on 18 June 1948. It was signed, sealed and delivered by Hubert Secretan in the presence of Frederick J. Packer, Chartered Secretary of the Borough Polytechnic. It lists the objects of the College and the Scheme of Government. It also contains a list of the Board of Governors and a Schedule of Propery.
