The PICKUP Europe Unit was set up to analyse and disseminate information about the training implications of the Single European Market. It was run on behalf of the Department of Education and Science by a consortium consisting of South Bank Polytechnic, Bradford University, Leeds Polytechnic and Spicers Centre for Europe.
