Two City & Guilds of London Institute certificates presented to Hubert Walter Graham who passed in 1960 and 1962 the final examinations in Cocoa, Chocolate and Sugar Confectionery Manufacture at the Borough Polytechnic Institute. Mr Graham attended the Borough Polytechnic Institute on day release from a confectionery company in South London.

There are reports for each year of study and a letter written in 1990 about Mr Bailey's memories of the Polytechnic.

A booklet produced for the Council of National Academic Awards outlining in detail the Borough Polytechnic's governance, undergraduate and postgraduate courses, new buildings and adaptations, available and planned facilities and the advanced studies and professional activities of staff.
