The photographs and negatives show the time capsule being buried, construction of the building, the official openings of both phases, the exterior of the new building, offices, board room and reception area, internal garden, a Technopark cake made by the National Bakery School and Technopark building models and schemes. Record for a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computing and Mathematics. He was initially employed on a fixed-term contract, but became a permanent member of staff in 1992. The file comprises a job description, correspondence and contracts, various staff procedures and policy documents and an information booklet titled 'Welcome to the Polytechnic'.

A film promoting the courses on offer in the Department of Biotechnology. The film includes information on the different areas of study covered by the Department, footage of work being undertaken in different laboratories and information on the University's learning and social facilities.
