Three year training for the Register was offered at Whipps Cross Hospital. Two year training for the Roll was offered at Whipps Cross Hospital, Wanstead Hospital, Connaught Hospital and Chingford Hospital.

It is authorised by the Board to approve investment decisions withing authorisation levels as set out in the Financial Regulations. The Committee reviews investment decisions above its level of authority and recommends approval to the Board.

The Council is the key governing body for the Students' Union (only the Annual General Meeting has more authority) and is responsible for major decisions and policy making concerning the running of the Union. The Council consists of the Sabbatical Officers and representatives from sports clubs, societies and academic faculties. All students can attend meetings and submit motions, but only elected representatives can vote on issues.
