Bomberg and his Students was an exhibition of paintings and drawings by members of the Borough Group and by some associated artists who attended Bomberg's classes at the Borough Polytechnic between 1945-1953 to celebrate the University's centenary.

A publication produced to accompany the Gallery exhibition. It comprises a preface, an introduction to the project of establishing the Gallery, a short essay by Sarah Rose and biographies of the artists included in the collection.

The exhibition was the first commercial gallery exhibition in fifty years to show works by Borough Group painters. The artists included were David Bomberg, Denis Creffield, Cliff Holden, Lilian Holt, Leslie Marr, Dorothy Mead and Miles Peter Richmond.

Invitation to a reception to mark the purchase of David Bomberg's "The Middle Temple" by South Bank Polytechnic. The picture currently hangs in the Borough Road building.
