The Finance, Planning and Resources Committee is a sub-committee of the Board of Governors established following the governance effectiveness review in 2015. It provides for the Board in-depth review of: LSBU's in-year financial performance; performance against corporate strategy; proposed annual budget; implications of the strategy for human and physical resources; treasury management including proposals for borrowing; compliance with the University Gift Acceptance policy.

Correspondence, sketches, detailed descriptions, headed letter paper and final drawings of the University's Coat of Arms, which was granted to the institution in 1971.
